Did British Labour peer Lord Ahmed offer a bounty on the lives of US President Barack Obama and former President George Bush?

An intrepid reporter for the Express Tribune says that's what he did -- using a rationale that could have been copied straight out of an Al Qaeda press release.

The fellow now denies offering the bounty -- though not the idiotic reasoning behind it.
