An editor, writer and blogger, Esmir specializes in print and online media. He served as an communication strategist and public relations officer for several non-profit organizations. He has contributed to some of the most innovative independent media projects to come out of Bosnia and Herzegovina and South Eastern Europe. Esmir's journalism has focused on Bosnian and international politics, the arts, new media, popular culture, sports and religion.
Esmir lives in British Columbia and belongs to the History department alumni of Dzemal Bijedic University, Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He speaks Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian and Spanish and can write in Cryllic and Arabic.
