It's hard to imagine such an attack happening on one of Ahmadinejad's many visits to America -- and it hasn't, of course. For something like this to occur, the President of the Islamic Republic has to visit... an Islamic country. Interesting. Perhaps Muslim Brotherhood-dominated Egypt is, er, Islamophobic?
