Perhaps next time, the USA should send in Stewie Griffin from Family Guy. "Yeah, you got money to pay for satellite rockets, huh? Yeah, huh? How much did you pay for that satellite rocket? But you got no money to buy your own people some bags of rice? I'm tired of you duckin' me, man!"
