When I first saw this headline, I just assumed it was from the Onion:

B.C. aboriginals ask China to raise human-rights issues with Harper on PM's visit

There's so much wrong with this story, it's hard to know where to begin. Let's break this down.

Some of Canada's self-appointed First Nations representatives think it's totally cool to have a totalitarian state --

that tramples on the rights of indigenous peoples (Perhaps one of these idiots from British Columbia has heard of Tibet?) --

lecture the elected leader of a democratic state --

(which has a Charter of Rights and Freedoms guaranteeing human rights for all citizens) --

about human rights?
