Osama bin Ladin is hiding in a house in the tribal region of Pakistan. This is news? We've been hearing this for years, now.

Question #1. If you know where he is, do you think telling every media outlet in the world that you have this information is a good idea, so he knows what you know?

Question #2. If this is reliable information, how are American special forces not perforating this jackass right now? You really think "Pakistani sovereignty" is going to get in their way?

The most likely conclusion is that this is not actionable intelligence. "Osama is living in a house somewhere in Pakistan" is not quite the same as "Osama is living at 442 Cordoba Street in Faraz, just next to the shwarma restaurant." So absolutely nothing has changed.
